Gary and Linda wanted to offer folks the absolute best Philly Steak Sandwich in the country…prepared fresh right before your eyes. That’s why they started PepperJax Grill.

Since 1978, Gary Rohwer is arguably one of the world’s foremost experts in creating a truly Famous Philly Steak Sandwich. In fact, Gary developed and patented the perfectly sliced sirloin steak that makes the legendary famous Philly Steak Sandwiches so delicious at PepperJax Grill. Thanks to years of careful research and development by Gary Rohwer, the Famous Philly Steak Sandwich served at PepperJax Grill is specially seasoned with sliced angus sirloin steak, fresh vegetables, plenty of cheese on our own uniquely created Italian hearth-baked roll for award winning flavor in every bite.
